We are an NDIS registered service specialising in the provision of services for NDIS participants with a range of complex psychosocial, complex physical needs and complex mental health challenges.
We provide 24-hour Supported Accommodation, Social and Community Participation, Support Coordination, therapeutic supports, plan management.
We care for our clients within our supported accommodations, or their personal home settings and within various community settings.
Our supports are centred around our clients’ goals. We help them achieve these in a manner that is respectful of their choice and control and promoting their independence.
